Larger Glamping Tent
Hvergelmir's glamping tents are more spacious than the ones you're probably used to if you've glammed before. The standard size of the Glamping Tent is 20 m² while ours is 28 m². This allows up to 6 people to stay overnight in a tent.
"River Tent” - The Concept
Our tents are strategically placed next to the flowing stream. Studies show that the sound of running water from streams and creeks reduces our stress levels, increases our ability to concentrate and helps us fall asleep more easily.
A good night's sleep with scientifically proven health benefits awaits you! Cooking At each Glamping Tent there is a complete Espegard bonfire set. Here you can cook everything you can imagine - over an open fire. Make tea/coffee, either outside on the fire set or inside the tent stove. If you want inspiration for cooking, we have several tasty recipes to share with you! In the community areas there is also the possibility of cooking at Muurikkor. Supplies In the tent there is the Vikings' own chess game - Hnefatafl. Glass decanter with drinking water. Wooden cutlery and palm leaf plates. Firewood for firing. Bedded beds & towels. Matches & fire lighters. Fully charged led lamp. As part of the experience, there is no electricity or running water. You step into the authentic and live as our ancestors did—free from constant connection. Albeit with a slightly more luxurious gold edge. Of course, with access to a private outdoor entrance. In this tent pets are not allowed. *Would you like to bring your fluffy friend? In our other tent Eiktyrner your dog is very welcome as a guest with us! *
